Other Information – Changes to Product List Data

Gloster Digital Group Public Limited Company ( company registration number: 01-10-143270; registered office: 1038 Budapest, Fürdő u. 2.) hereby informs its esteemed investors of the following in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, in particular Act CXX of 2001 on the Capital Market (“Tpt.”) and the General Rules of the Budapest Stock Exchange.

At its regular general meeting held on April 28, 2025, the Issuer resolved, among other things, to change the Issuer’s corporate name from Gloster Infokommunikációs Public Limited Company to GlosterDigital Group Public Limited Company,as well as to relocate its registered office from 2142 Nagytarcsa, Csonka János u. 1/A. A/2 to 1038 Budapest, Fürdő u. 2.

The competent commercial court approved the changes by Order No. Cg.13-10-042012/131, dated May 13, 2025, and by Order No. Cg.01-10-143270/2, dated May 14, 2025.

The Issuer subsequently initiated a certificate exchange procedure with KELER Zrt. regarding the series of shares it had issued, in light of the change in the Issuer’s company name and registered office. The changes were recorded as of the value date of May 26, 2025; the Issuer’s shareholders do not need to take any action in this regard.

In light of the name change, the Issuer also requested that the Budapest Stock Exchange (Budapesti Értéktőzsde Nyrt.) amend the Product List information regarding its common stock listed on the exchange.  

By Resolution No. 217/2025, the Budapest Stock Exchange Public Limited Company amends the information in the Product List, effective May 29, 2025, as follows.
