Gloster Digital Group Nyrt. closed the second quarter of 2025 with an order backlog of 3,494 million forints, representing a 29% increase compared to the comparable base year—adjusted for the 2024 sales of the systems integration business unit. This growth is particularly noteworthy given that the order backlog has been growing at an average compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 70% since 2023, reflecting the company’s continued progress.

The dynamic growth of the order backlog shows that Gloster’s renewed strategic focus—particularly on international markets and high-value-added technology services—has already proven successful, even in the short term. By streamlining its portfolio and increasing the efficiency of its business operations, the company has been able to establish a stronger, more focused market presence, which lays the foundation for achieving its business goals in the coming period. The increase in the volume of orders from new and existing customers clearly demonstrates that the company has placed its long-term growth on a stable foundation.

Gloster's quarterly open order backlog was as follows:

For the cloud business unit, one of the most significant milestones of the past six months was the successful completion of the 2024 merger. Two experienced professional teams combined their expertise, customer bases, and solutions, which not only ensured operational stability but also laid the foundation for further international growth. The integration proceeded smoothly, while we continued to strengthen our market position in the field of cloud-based services.

Based on our experience, our clients consider two things to be particularly important in the current economic environment: the uninterrupted operation of their IT systems and the security of their data. Our cloud-based solutions offer a reliable answer in both areas—we not only improve operational efficiency but also ensure the protection of critical business data.

Demand is growing significantly for customized, scalable, and secure cloud services, as well as solutions powered by artificial intelligence. Innovation will be the focus for the remainder of the year. Our strategic goal is to be a leader in the field of artificial intelligence and to provide smart, high-value-added services that give our customers a real competitive advantage. Building on our AI and cybersecurity expertise, we will further strengthen our market position.

We continue to maintain a stable position in the international software development sector, while actively seeking growth opportunities and expanding our partner network.

In the DACH region, our order backlog beyond Q2 2025 remains stable with major clients, in line with the trends outlined at the beginning of the year. Although a significant project came to an end during the quarter, we quickly secured a long-term contract with a new Austrian partner, in which we see significant growth potential. In addition, we have pilot projects underway with an increasing number of clients, and their successful completion could lay the groundwork for new orders. Overall, we have a positive outlook for the remainder of 2025.

In addition to the DACH region, our clients in the United Kingdom and the United States—alongside existing, stable orders—came to us with new requests, and our collaboration expanded in Q2 2025. Furthermore, we succeeded in signing a contract with a new Western European client, and we expect our collaboration to expand gradually in the second half of the year. We also signed a new, significant client contract in the domestic market, so we expect growth in the Hungarian market as well in the second half of 2025. Overall, our global presence is strengthening, and although exchange rates pose a challenge in the short term and reduce profitability, we anticipate positive growth prospects in the longer term.
