The open order backlog includes all products and services for which all subsidiaries of the Gloster Group have valid orders but which have not yet been invoiced to customers.

The Company’s order backlog stood at 4,526 million forints in Q4 2025, providing a stable revenue base for the coming period. The figure for Q4 2025 is slightly lower than that for Q4 2024. This change stems from the quarterly dynamics of the order backlog, the completion of projects, and the timing of new orders being added to the backlog. The open order backlog continues to provide substantial visibility into deliveries for the coming period. In terms of its composition, the order backlog is based on services provided by the Cloud Solutions and Digital Solutions business units. This is in line with the Group’s strategic focus, which supports increasing the proportion of higher-value-added, scalable activities that are also competitive in international markets.

Cloud Solutions business unit

The Cloud Solutions business unit’s open order backlog consists of cloud-based services in constant demand and related operational and modernization projects, which currently include primarily security enhancements related to NIS2 compliance, as well as AI transformation needs related to Copilot and Azure AI-based solutions, which are increasingly moving into the implementation phase.

Digital Solutions Business Unit

Following the fourth quarter of 2025, our existing, ongoing projects in the DACH, U.S., and U.K. regions will continue without interruption, and 2–3 new pilot projects are currently in the preparation or implementation phase. Orders for the current year are coming in steadily throughout the first quarter.

At the end of 2025, several projects were launched on the domestic market as well; these are expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2026.
