This year was not only a year of growth, but also a year of strategic decisions and steps that will shape the future. From our listing on the Budapest Stock Exchange’s Standard Category to the preparations for international expansion, every milestone lays the foundation for the company’s long-term success. But what made this year truly special? Let’s take a look at the details that made it an exciting year not only for Gloster but also for the investor community!

Péter Müller’s idea that “The secret to sustainability is continuous renewal” perfectly sums up Gloster Infokommunikációs Nyrt.’s year in 2024. In recent months, the company has achieved numerous milestones that have reinforced not only its growth but also its long-term strategy. Let’s take a closer look at what made this year so special!
Stock Market Breakthrough: Double the Investor Base and Eightfold Increase in Trading Volume
At the beginning of the year, a long-held dream came true: Gloster was listed in the standard category of the Budapest Stock Exchange (BÉT). This move not only brought prestige but also tangible results. By June, the number of investors had doubled, while trading volume in the company’s shares increased eightfold. This result reflects not only confidence in the company but also the fact that Gloster is becoming an increasingly attractive target for investors.
Merger: Hungary's Largest Microsoft Cloud Partner Is Born
In February, we signed our first major merger agreement: the merger of Gloster Cloud Zrt. and Systemfarmer Zrt. created Hungary’s largest domestically owned Microsoft cloud service partner. During the integration process, a team of nearly 40 professionals was assembled, specializing in innovative Microsoft technologies—such as Azure, Dynamics 365, and Power Platform. The legal completion of the merger is expected by 2025, but it is already clear that this collaboration could provide significant momentum for the company’s growth plans.
Global Clients and Contract Renewals
Over the course of the summer, we were able to extend our contracts with all of our major global clients. Renowned companies such as BMW, Audi, and Sony Music continue to provide Gloster with a steady stream of foreign-currency revenue. These partnerships not only create a stable financial foundation but also strengthen the company’s international presence.
Portfolio Streamlining: Focus on Strategic Growth
To improve efficiency, Gloster began streamlining its portfolio. As part of this process, we sold FF.next and Gloster Networks Kft., which focused exclusively on the Hungarian market. This freed up resources, allowing us to focus on the company’s faster-growing areas—such as international markets and cloud services. Gloster’s goal is to expand into the markets in England and Germany; an active presence in these countries could play a key role in helping the company further strengthen its position in Europe.
I wish everyone Happy Holidays!
