Gloster Infocommunications Public Limited Company (company registration number: 13-10-042012; registered office: 2142 Nagytarcsa, Csonka János Street 1/A, Building A/2; hereinafter referred to as the “Company” or “Gloster”) hereby informs its esteemed investors of the following, in accordance with Section 55 of Act CXX of 2001 on the Capital Market and Annex 4 of Decree No. 24/2008 (VIII. 15.) of the Minister of Finance.

Equilor Investment Ltd. (hereinafter: Equilor) responded in an analysis released yesterday to the Company’s Q3 2022 open order report published on Monday.

According to Equilor’s analysis, the rise in the value of orders reflects Gloster’s progress in implementing its growth-oriented strategy: demand for IT services remains strong both domestically and internationally, providing the Company with a solid foundation for further growth. The order backlog is impressive, especially considering that the IT sector is characterized by seasonality: a significant portion of orders is traditionally realized in the fourth quarter.
