First interview

This isn't a one-sided interview but a mutual conversation. We come with honest curiosity, and we encourage you to ask anything: we want to get to know you.

Practical assignment

You'll receive a task related to the position, similar to the day-to-day work. Our goal is to understand how you think and how you approach practical problems.

Second round

We go deeper into professional fit, teamwork and the details. At this stage we look specifically at how we could work together.

Offer

If we both feel the fit is right, we'll send our offer within a week. After that we'll go through it together and plan the next steps of getting started.
