Why at least 6 months?
Onboarding typically takes 2–4 weeks, and the full delivery pace is established starting in the second month. In shorter-term collaborations, the investment in a dedicated team model rarely pays off. For short, well-defined tasks, we recommend a fixed-scope project or expert support.
Why is 3 people the recommended minimum?
With only three people, code reviews are limited; if one person takes a vacation or leaves, the risk is disproportionately high, and knowledge can easily become concentrated in a single person. With more than three people, the team becomes more independent and resilient.
Where do developers work?
From our offices in Hungary, in the same or a nearby time zone. The model is based on remote, closely integrated collaboration, with on-site presence as needed.
What happens to our data?
We work with a team that is up to 100% EU-based, using EU data processing, and in compliance with ISO 27001 and TISAX. If necessary, we will sign an NDA before the first detailed consultation.
How do you handle AI-generated code?
All code generated by AI tools undergoes human review. A senior colleague is responsible for architectural decisions, security considerations, and addressing common AI errors. AI speeds up the work, but it does not assume responsibility.
What happens if we're not satisfied with a developer?
We handle team member replacements according to a predefined process. The goal is to ensure that the replacement occurs with as little loss of knowledge and as few disruptions to operations as possible.
Can we have a say in who makes the team?
Yes. We will finalize the team composition together, and we will introduce the key members before making a decision.
What happens at the end of the project?
The closure process involves a documented knowledge transfer, the handover of the completed documentation, and a predefined exit process. The goal is not to create dependency.
Can you take on projects with a fixed price?
Yes. We choose from among dedicated teams, fixed-scope projects, and hybrid structures. We make recommendations on the appropriate model based on the clarity of the scope, the level of risk, and the expected degree of change.
