Gloster wins software development contract worth over €700,000 from German company Audit

In accordance with the Act (“Tpt.”) and the General Rules of the Budapest Stock Exchange, we hereby inform our esteemed investors of the following.

Gloster wins software development contract worth over €700,000 from German company Audit

Under the terms of the contract, the Company’s subsidiary will further develop Audi’s production-related reporting system. Gloster will carry out the development entirely with its own employees, without involving any subcontractors.

The contract extension is related to Gloster’s announcement in the summer of 2022, as another long-term contract has been renewed. In this new phase, the old frontend will be replaced by a modern, web-based application, the development of which had already begun and is now being put into productive use. The transition to the web application will make the features available to even more users, which may also accelerate the integration of older, outdated systems.

The strategy is being implemented

The project aligns well with Gloster’s strategy, announced in the spring of 2024, which emphasizes the continuous growth of exports and recurring revenue.
