(VIII. 15.) PM on the detailed rules governing disclosure obligations regarding publicly traded securities, and the General Rules of the Budapest Stock Exchange, hereby informs the Esteemed Investors of the following.

Budapest, November 27, 2025 – Gloster Digital Group Nyrt. (“Gloster” or “the Company”) announces to investors that Péter Csillag, an internationally recognized technology entrepreneur and investor, is joining Gloster as an Innovation and Development Advisor to the Company.

His appointment marks an important milestone in the implementation of the Company’s growth strategy, particularly in terms of accelerating international expansion and strengthening its leadership position in the field of technological innovation—with a special focus on artificial intelligence (AI) and cloud-based services.

Péter Csillag is one of the best-known figures in the Hungarian and international technology scenes. He was the co-founder and former CEO of Starschema, a data technology company that he built over 15 years into a firm with more than 250 employees and an international client base, which he then successfully sold to the global company HCL Technologies in 2022 for $42.5 million. In addition to his entrepreneurial successes, he is an active angel investor, the president of the Hungarian Business Angel Network (HunBAN), and one of the investors on RTL’s show “Cápák között” (“Among Sharks”). He has extensive experience in company building, scaling, entering international markets, and the latest data and AI technologies.

As part of his role, Péter Csillag will support the development and implementation of Gloster’s innovation strategy, strengthen the culture of innovation within the group, and identify new markets with high growth potential. Furthermore, his work directly contributes to Gloster’s international growth plans, particularly in the United Kingdom and the DACH region.
