The client is one of the world's best-known and longest-established music publishers, working with numerous well-known artists and bands and boasting a wide-ranging musical repertoire spanning different genres and generations.
The client occupies a prominent position in the global music industry and plays a significant role in discovering and developing new artists, as well as distributing and selling music content.The company's innovative approach and openness to technological developments enable it to continuously adapt to consumer demands and market trends, thereby strengthening its market position and promoting the development of the music industry.

The client faced the challenge that managing performers' contracts and rights had become an increasingly complex task with the digital transformation of the music industry. Traditional systems no longer met the new market demands and did not ensure smooth communication between performers and publishers. Optimizing rights management processes and automating contract management was essential for efficient operation and accurate royalty accounting.

The essence of the solution

In this situation, the client asked Gloster-P92 Kft. to develop custom software tailored to their needs as part of a project. The software works as an integrated system and manages performers' contracts, rights, and communication with related systems. The aim of the system is to make rights management processes more transparent, automate contract management, thereby reducing administrative burdens and increasing the efficiency of accurate and timely royalty accounting. The introduction of the new system will enable the client to respond more quickly to market changes and better support performers throughout their careers.
