We have an in-house IT team. We don't want to outsource.

You don't have to. The co-managed IT model is built exactly for this. Your in-house team stays, and we provide the senior backing, 24/7 coverage, escalation and documented processes.

An external IT provider will be expensive.

Do you also carry out the NIS2 audit?

No. The official audit is carried out by a registered auditor. We support the technical and operational preparation.

We don't want to end up in vendor lock-in.

The IT and NIS2 assessment is a standalone deliverable. If you decide to continue with another provider, the material remains usable. Our contractual way of working is documented and transferable.

How long does it take to take over operations?

A typical transition takes 4 to 8 weeks. An audit or assessment can be ready in 2 to 3 weeks; the full handover depends on the complexity of the environment.

What happens to the in-house system administrator?

The goal is not to replace them. In the co-managed model, the in-house colleague stays on the front line, and we provide the senior expertise, monitoring and escalation behind them.

Can you support regional sites as well?

Yes. On-site support is available in Budapest and larger cities as part of the service model.

Do you only work with Microsoft environments?
