Gloster Digital Group Public Limited Company (company registration number: 01-10-143270; registered office: 1038 Budapest, Fürdő u. 2.; hereinafter: the Company) hereby provides the following information in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, in particular Act CXX of 2001 on the Capital Market (“Tpt.”), Decree No. 24/2008. (VIII. 15.) PM on the detailed rules governing disclosure obligations relating to publicly traded securities, and the General Rules of the Budapest Stock Exchange, hereby informs the Esteemed Investors of the following.

Based on the Company’s request, the Commercial Registry Division of the Budapest Metropolitan Court, by Order No. Cg.01-10-143270/15, ordered the implementation of Resolution No. 14/2026. (04.30.), as well as Resolutions No. 15/2026 (04.30.) and No. 18/2026 (04.30.), be entered in the commercial register.
